The Youth Resources Division Division is responsible for providing uniformed support for the Investigative Services Bureau. It consists of the following units:
- Habitual Offender Monitoring Enforcement (HOME) Unit - a multi-jurisdictional Unit which conducts home visits focusing on chronic juvenile offenders identified as needing intensive supervision.
- Police Athletic League (PAL) Program
- School Crossing Guard Unit
- School Resource Officers Unit
- Public Safety Cadets
