Officer Involved Shooting

At 11:15 a.m., a St. Petersburg Police Officer was involved in a shooting while responding to a call at 121 Pershing St. NE.
The officer was not hurt. A man was injured and transported to the hospital.
Media should respond to 1st. St. and Pershing St. NE.
The Pinellas County Use of Deadly Force Task Force has been activated.
Pinellas County Sheriff's Office PIO will respond to the scene.
