Homicide Investigation

At about 7:30 p.m. , Saturday, February 14, officers responded to a call of an adult man shot inside a home at 2501- 1/2 7th St S.
Denardo Woffard (38 YOA) died at the scene.
Woffard was an acquaintance of the man who lives there. They quarreled and the resident shot Woffard.
Detectives interviewed witnesses throughout the night and no one has been charged at this time.

At about 7:30 p.m. officers responded to a call of an adult man shot at a home in the 2500 block of 7th St. S.
The victim died of his injuries.
Detectives do not believe this was random and there is no danger to the community.
