At 12:45 p.m., a black Nissan Sentra traveling east on 15th Avenue South struck 73-year-old Sterling Hubbard Sr., who was riding an electric bicycle southbound on 22nd Street South.

The bicyclist was transported to Orlando Health Bayfront Hospital, where he later died of his injuries.

The Sentra driver, Yasmin Shantell Little, stayed at the scene and is cooperating with the investigation.

Little was arrested for driving with a suspended/revoked license and violation of probation.

The crash is still under investigation, and the cause has not been determined.
