Barricaded Man- Update 2

The following men were arrested and charged:
- Suspect# 1: Robert Marshall (28 YOA) kidnapping
- Suspect# 2: Charles Rawls (39 YOA) kidnapping and felon in possession of a firearm
- Suspect# 3: Alex Russell (39 YOA) kidnapping
At 12:20 pm, witnesses saw three men holding a man at gunpoint. Two of the men forced the victim inside his apartment at 1315 4th Ave N and barricaded themselves inside. A third suspect stayed outside as a look-out.
Initially, the suspect and the victim came out.
The second suspect surrendered at 2:06 pm, and all was cleared. No one was injured.
At least one of the suspects was known to the victim.
This is an ongoing investigation.

The second suspect surrendered at 2:06 pm, and all was cleared. No one was injured.
Three men are currently in custody. We will release details on their names and charges as soon as available.

Barricaded Man

Police are on the scene of a barricaded man in the 1300-Block of 4th Ave N.
All eastbound lanes from I375 are shut down going into the city.
Media staging area is at 4th Ave N and 15th St N. PIO Yolanda Fernandez is on her way.
