Shooting Investigation

Release posted on 04-01-24 at 8:31 a.m.

On 03/31/24, about 11p.m., officers responded to shots fired in a large group of people gathered outside of 400 49 St. S.

All of the above victims were transported to Orlando Health Bayfront, one by ambulance the others self-transported.

At this time it appears a group of men got into a verbal argument and exchanged gunfire outside of the location.

The victims, three men in their 20's and a 17 year old woman suffered non-life threatening injuries. Three were treated and released overnight. One is still in the hospital, with a foot injury.
